Our executive chef, Kjell Karlsson, has 35 years of experience in fine dining and design. Chef Karlsson was the Head Chef for the world renown Restaurant Cafe' Casino in France. He has served his exquisite dishes to the king and queen of Sweden, ambassadors to the United Nations, and famous movie stars.
